This place is located just 20 km from the airport, with exceptional service, friendly staff, modern and clean rooms featuring a king size bed, skyline view.

Main lobby design is stunning and extends to lot of hotel area. Beautyful hotel, very comfortable and terrific view on the river. Level 6 restaurant has one of the best view of Shanghai

Great location, wonderful view- especially from Char Bar. Staff were really friendly, location in the south Bund is convenient to tourist attractions and transport.

The room here is beautifully decorated and has a stylish design, while they offer a wide selection of excellent food.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was superb, modern and comfortable. Breakfeast is also very good but a bit pricey.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Hyatt for drinks, which also has a breath-taking view on the roof bar and roof restaurant. It is also within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is attentive and listens to guests' needs. the breakfast is very good and there are facilities like an indoor pool and a gift shop. Guests can enjoy a great view from the roof garden bar.

One negative aspect is the high prices at the roof garden bar, with coffee costing 12€ and beer costing 10€.

Amazing second stay

During my recent stay at Indigo on the Bund, I encountered a small hiccup at check-in where my reservation couldn't be found right away and my room wasn't ready. However, the staff demonstrated incredible professionalism and swiftly resolved the issue. Once I settled into my beautiful room, I was delighted to find a magnificent view of the river. The location, although slightly removed from the main bund, provided a quieter atmosphere while remaining easily accessible. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I was told this was the place to stay in Shanghai as it is upscale but modern, much like the city itself. The rooms are huge and very upscale, very comfortable beds, furniture, amazing views and a fun bathroom. The staff is very friendly, english speaking, and service oriented. There is a great restaurant on the top floor and one on the 6th for the guests. The location is terrific, right on the Bund, south of the main part but close to the new Cool Docks.

Some of the guests are the very full of themselves business people and fashionistas. Not the hotel's fault though.

Fairly clean hotel, exceptionally nice and perfect location near the river, delicious breakfast. Nicely decorated units with a cool view over the river. Comfy beds and a super comfy bathroom. Location very close to Yuyuan Garden Station, Yu Garden and the Cool Dock and tourist spots.

The decorations here are really nice and everything is kept clean, which is great. It's in a perfect location for visiting all the main tourist spots. 🌟 the restaurant with special dishes served very tasty food and the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Your staff were very helpful and always happy Room was well above average for the location and price. Food and food service was the best I`ve ever had in China. Location was excellent. House keeping was 1st class Was a very pleasent experiance and I have already recomended your Hotel to others Please keep this standard up as it will become the standard other Hotels will be judged by.
